The Goddard Fall Festival will start Friday, October 3 at 6:30 PM
and conclude Saturday, October 4 with the third annual Goddard
Fall Festival of Bands at Goddard High School.
All the usual festivities will be available including game booths, a
craft show, car show, bingo, good food and the return of carnival
rides. Highlights of our Fall Festival Include

The annual Fall Festival parade will be held on Saturday at 10:30
AM. We hope you participate!

The Goddard Lions Club has three categories that you or your organization or
business can participate in.
Category A
–
Commercial Booths for arts & crafts, consumer products & services, food, games,
raffles and activities for commercial organizations and businesses: 15’W x 10’D
booth spaces on the street in Downtown Goddard.
Non-Food— $20.00. Food —
$40.00. All booths must open by 8:00
AM and remain open until 4:30 PM on Saturday, October 6
Category B
– Booths
that sell arts & crafts, consumer products & services,.
(INSIDE and OUTSIDE LOCATIONS) Goddard United Methodist Church,
300 N. Cedar, 8’W x 8’D booth spaces.
Cost
$25.00. All booths must open by 8:00
AM and remain open until 2:30 PM at the church on Saturday, October 6. Booths in
the Goddard United Methodist Church, 300 N. Cedar must close and have their
material and trash removed by 3:00 PM
Category C –
Booths
that sell food, games, raffles and activities for non-profit organizations and
groups: 15’W x 10’D booth spaces are available on the street in downtown
Goddard. If you need larger area please mark size needed on the registration
form. - No cost unless you require
electricity.
Fall Festival is Saturday, October 4 from 8:00 AM and
concludes Saturday evening after 5:00 PM.
Festival activities are in the 100 and 200 Blocks
of Main Street and at Goddard United Methodist Church, 300 N. Cedar.
Set-up information: Traffic will be blocked on Main from 2nd
Street to South Street at 8 a.m. Saturday morning.
Anything that needs to be delivered to a booth by vehicle needs to be in place
before 8:00 AM. Check in for booth
set-up is Friday night, October 3 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, October
4 from 6:30 AM until 8:00 AM. An event coordinator will be at the Community
Center for booth assignments downtown and at the United Methodist Church for
booths at the church during the above times.
No tables or chairs are provided. The Goddard United
Methodist Church will rent tables for use inside the church only for a $10.00
fee.
There are
no
refunds for inclement weather or no
shows.
There is a $10 fee for electricity. (Limited availability for
one 20 amp service—get your reservation in early!)
If you need electricity that must be marked on
registration form and money received by September 29, 2008. Make checks payable to
the Goddard Lions Club.
Exhibitors shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft,
or damage to property or work displayed and will not hold the City of Goddard,
Goddard USD #265, Goddard United Methodist Church or the Goddard Lions Club for
liability of such.
The Goddard Lions Club reserves the right to reject any entry
into the Goddard Fall Festival for any reason. Any rejection will require a
majority vote of the Fall Festival Committee and can be made at any time.
