When does the registration
period begin and end? Registration begins in
Feb and ends on March 15th....Late Registration is from March 16th
through April 1st....there is a $15 Late Registration Fee and spots
on teams may be limited.
How
do I register my son or daughter?
Download and fill out the Registration
Form. The form may be
mailed in. A Registration Drop off will be NEW in 2011.
Forms may also be dropped off at the Concession Stand on Walnut
Street on Saturday March 5th, and Saturday March 12th, 2011 from
10:00AM till Noon.
What
do I need to do if I want to coach my son or daughter? Just
indicate on the registration form that you wish to be a head or
assistant coach....Coaches are assigned based on the needs of each
age group....you would only be placed as a coach on your child's
team.
When will the schedules be
posted? The schedules will be posted on or
around May 1st.
What team does my son or
daughter play on? Our coaches meetings are
in Mid April - coaches will call their team members a few
days after our coaches meeting.
Why has the registration fee
increased $10 for the 2010 season? There
will be additional umpires for each age group with the exception of
T-ball ... This was the #1 request of almost all parents and coaches
in previous seasons.
I am
thinking about being a commissioner... what does the job entail? Commissioners
group one age group of children together and form the teams...find
coaches...help with schedules...and answer fellow coaches questions
throughout the year. Board Members help the commissioners before
and throughout the season.
I am a
coach and I want to reserve a field for practice? Email
or Call your age division commissioner.
What
days are practice and what nights are games played? Practice
will begin shortly after the coaches meeting in April...They will be
determined by each individual coach/team, most teams practice one or
two weeknights and also once on the weekend. Practices are at the discretion
of each head coach. All games will be
scheduled Mon-Fri nights starting at 6:00 PM and occasionally on
Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM. Regular season games begin in Mid
to Late May. We use Saturdays and 9:00PM Weeknights as Rainout/Makeup
times.
Who do

Softball? Please start with your
child's Head Coach, If you do not know your child's Head Coach contact
the Commissioner for that age group. Please, DO NOT CONTACT
GODDARD USD 265, THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH GODDARD JR
BASEBALL/SOFTBALL.
