Who Can Play or Cheer: Students
entering Grades 3 thru 6 @ Goddard USD 265

Football Teams: (1 or more each) 3rd,
4th, 5th & 6th Grades

Squads: (1) squad for each football grade level
(3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th)

Who will Squads cheer for?
They will cheer for their own grade level team.

Uniform: Each athlete will have a cheerleading
uniform.

Open Signups: Each Individual that signs-up will
play & have a place on a team

Full
Contact Tackle / Physicals are required prior to first
practice / Sports Physicals will be available for $20
the day of sign-up

Physical:
A Physician signed Copy of a Physical
Examination Required

Copy of Birth Certificate is required prior to first
practice

Travel: These Teams will travel to
other local area towns (5 or more games)

Mid-State Jr. Football
League |
Goddard Junior Football is associated with the Mid-State Football
League and is for players in grades 3 through 6 and ages 8 through
12 who live in the Goddard School District USD 265. It is staffed by
volunteers who share a commitment to providing an opportunity for
children to have fun while learning the fundamentals of the sport.

Time = We plan to enter the stadium as an organization @ approximately
6:00 pm
Cost = Junior Lions Players, Cheerleaders & Coaches will be admitted
“Free of Charge”
Note: “Parents and siblings will need to pay for Admittance”
What to Wear:
- To be admitted
“Free of Charge” you
must wear the following:
- Junior Lions Players must wear
Game Day Jersey, Shorts, etc…
- Junior Lions Cheerleaders must
wear Game Day Attire (Uniforms & Accessories)
- Junior Lions Coaches must wear
Game Day Attire
Notes:
- This activity is for Lions
Junior Football Program Players and Cheerleaders
- The organization will be allowed
to parade before the stands at halftime
- Athletes will sit together and
be chaperoned by Coaches for the
first half only!
- Athletes will be the
responsibility of their
parents after the recognition at half
time
- Each individual’s behavior will
be graded
- Please be respectful and
courteous of people and property “No Littering”
- This is “Our House”
