Alabaster Caverns Campout
Freedom, Oklahoma
September 20-22, 2002
to enlarge.)
The Troop departed from Goddard UMC Friday
evening at 6:30 PM and arrived at Alabaster Caverns State Park
at 9:00 PM. Camp was set up in the canyon area of the
park.

Saturday morning started with exploring the camp
and a guided tour of the largest cave at Alabaster Caverns.
After lunch it was time to get "down and DIRTY"
exploring two of the parks wild caves.

These are your clothes AFTER wild caving.
Any Question?
Saturday afternoon and evening were spent
cleaning up, exploring more of the camp, watching the bats fly
out of the caves, and skits and songs around the campfire.
